Credit Card Company cant refund items held in customs, customs says it was returned to the sender. I have received his packages to my addres with out trouble in the past. Original order date was April 6th.
To me it sounds like you need to be putting pressure on customs and the shipper. If they lost the package I would think they are responsible, not FP. I had a shipment from CP damaged by customs and the shipper paid for the replacement last year. It took a while but they eventually paid.
