About Me

Obsessed With Vader since age 6, I promised I would be the Dark Lord when I grew up.
Took me longer than that as my first Vader suit, the Crappy Pappy 1 was done in 2005 when I was 32 years old... it was horrible and I was damned proud it. Everyone knew it was crap... but everyone loved it and took endless pics with me at the Revenge screenings boosting my confidence in upgrading to the best quality I could afford.
That suit was dismantled and my first rubies supreme edition was bought in 2007 and the Crappy Pappy 2.0 was born.
That suit was accepted in the Legion as a ESB suit after a LOT of modifications where done to it and thus the Crappy Pappy 2 and 3 came to being, but the crappy materials made the suit an endless money pit. The unbearably hot vinyl suit kept damaging due to sweat and cleaning loops (I REALLY used it a lot) and after being pushed over the limit for it´s low quality by fellow 501st members and because after almost 9 years being the Darth Vader of my local Fan group (that became the local 501st outpost), other local members with more income than me came up with great quality Vader suits and got me replaced so I decided to change.
Used a TIE Pilot for a few years until I retired from trooping but constant nagging from a few of the Older members of the local garrison and my Wife about me being their favorite representation of Vader due to my personification of him I decided to return to it but this time buying the very best I could get.

Thanks to the amazing dedication to quality by Michael Rivera, the local app officer I was able to buy what today I can finally say it´s the pride and joy of my collection. The jewel in the crown. My Rogue One / ANH Darth Vader suit.

No more Crappy Pappy for me nor the public... The first Costa Rican Darth Vader is back! and it´s back to stay Baby!

... just need to loose about 20 pounds... damned pandemic made me fat.
